Contact & Assistance Request Form: COVID-19 Grant

The Board of the Sharing Program approved a special grant to be made available to customers who have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers can apply for a one-time grant of $100.00 by completing the form below. You will be contacted by a member of our Sharing team and asked to submit a letter from your employer or proof you have applied for unemployment or you may upload your document in the form below.  Consideration will be given to customers in special circumstances, for example, if both parents in a household become unemployed.
