Dianne K Hall, Intake Specialist for Eastern Shore Area on Aging / Community Action Agency submitted a letter stating:

"Your company has helped many Eastern Shore families to maintain a safe, comfortable and stable home environment." With reference to the Kelley family she went on to say, "because of the extreme weather this year they would have been very cold without the assistance they received.
